Andrew, this is an interesting website focusong on Kids Health with sections for kids, teens, parents. This section alone could be a minor review, but the whole site could serve as a major review, especially if you compare the kinds and quality of information available for the different groups. Be sure to explore not just tonsils but related throat and ear issues as well.
